Protect – IP’s Movement to Censor the Internet

On May 12, 2011, a law was proposed by Patrick Leahy. This law is composed of a new structure called Protect-IP which gives the US Government and copyright holders additional tools to restrain access to websites that are dedicated to share free downloads and literal expressions. This kind of movement might sound right to you but not only will they try to control the spreading of ideas, but also will create more conflict between the government and they’re people. This law can also be proposed on other parts of the world. Since the whole world is on a tight leash, this type of movement might lead us to an end.
